Anatomy and Physiology Course
(online and on-site)

The Anatomy and Physiology course combines an online and face-to-face methodology to offer a complete learning experience. Students will attend online classes with direct interaction with the teacher, Linda Vismayo, and at the end of this stage, there will be an on-site weekend in a practical environment.
How the Course Will Be Delivered
The Anatomy and Physiology course will have a duration of 45 hours:
15 hours online
The sessions are delivered live via Zoom with Linda Vismayo, our instructor. Each class will be recorded, allowing you to access the content once the session has finished. You will have access to all the material for up to 3 months after the course ends, so you can review and reinforce your learning at your own pace.
15 hours of pre-recorded classes
One week before each class, the student will receive a recording covering the content of the upcoming session. This recording will be sent electronically, and the student will be required to watch these videos, which will serve as a preview or introduction to the following class.
15 hours in-person (A weekend retreat at Can Mas)
The only practical component of the course will be a weekend retreat, designed exclusively to put into practice everything learned during the virtual sessions. It will be a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding, connect with other participants, and experience the learning process in a more immersive way.

Meet the trainer: Linda Vismayo
Linda has spent more than two decades exploring the body as a bridge between health, emotion and consciousness. Her training in Venezuela and Spain led her to integrate manual techniques, osteopathic and energetic therapies, always guided by a deep listening to the body and the memories it holds.
As a result of his clinical experience, he developed Vismayo Body Therapy, his own approach that fuses integrative osteopathy, fascial work, conscious massage and movement. This proposal seeks to accompany physical and emotional processes from the respect and presence, offering a safe space of trust, reconnection and self-knowledge.
Her approach unites science and sensitivity, with the purpose of releasing tensions, recovering mobility, balancing energy and allowing the body to express what it needs. For Linda, wellness is achieved when we learn to inhabit the body with calm, confidence and connection.
