Basic Californian Massage Course
The Basic Californian Massage Course will make you aware of your body, you will harmonize your breathing and energy to connect with your center (Hara).
You will learn to recognize this space within yourself.
From relaxation, you will enter a meditative state that will connect you intuitively with your heart. This way you will be able to feel in fusion with the other person.
You will learn to work with your body weight avoiding injuries and you will play fluently every part of your body.
Course duration: 60 hours
The objective in this level is to achieve a solid base that will allow you to give professional massages from the first stage. You will also be able to release emotions and tensions, thus relaxing the nervous system.
At the end of the Basic Californian Massage Course, you will receive a diploma accrediting the course.
